This is what my mechanic does on the side. He makes and races these. This is who has my car fabricating a special something for my car right now. Later, QD.

Nice. I will one day build one for myself as well. But maybe a Rotary or Boxster engine will be in place.

Nice! Most SR classes are home made cars with the exception of the big guys who buy cars such as Radicals or West cars. I think it's way cooler to design and build your own. Does he run at RA much? I don't recognize it.

Simon, the guy that bought that car lives in Florida. I believe this is Adam's car. Later, QD.

Nice! The design kind of reminds me of a West, which isn't a bad thing.

I'm not good with SCCA classes but I'm guessing that DSR is a D Sports Racer. Those cars are pretty sweet, light and fast with the bike motors in them. I drove a radical that had been fitted with a supercharged 1300cc bike motor at Roebling Road. They have a pretty insane amount of grip but you really have to be on your game to drive one at the limit when they let loose its not fun.

Yeah DSR usually has bike motors CSR has car engines. I drove a SR3 Radical once, not supercharged though, I bet that was fun, I thought the regular SR3 was a blast! lol

This guy is a 7 time national champ in SCCA. Won five or six times (in the 90s) at Mid-Ohio. He raced a 1977 Honda Civic 1200. They kept piling on weights every year and they finally had him removed because he kept winning, lolol. His name is/was pretty big in the SCCA road racing world. He's going to be giving me a lot of Speedvision video footage of his races from in-car to field shots to camera shots of his car from cars in front of him for me to upload to Youtube or something.

I don't work with him. I've known him for right at 20 years. My CVCC is the second first gen Civic I have bought from him. The first one I bought was a 1977 Civic that I got back in 1991. Later, QD.
