As much as I love the PS3, I won't be picking this up. Racing games are so last decade now.....

They dropped the ball on this. No one cares about Gran Turismo anymore. I know I don't.

I used to joke that Forza 3 would be released before GT5. Wouldn't be surprised if it was pushed back further.

im pissed that its takin this long for GT5 to come out..........but im still anticipating it! i think this game is my crack and i need my fix! its gettin alot of backlash for takin so long but wen it comes out i kno that the waits gonna be worth it

When it comes out, a lot of video gamers (15 and on) will be young adults with jobs, some even married, that won't care about it anymore........

And some may even have died... i mean 5+ years.. come on.... it took a shorter amount of time to release the hardware itself !! (PS3)......LOL

More development time, better product.

I think they could be shooting themselves in the foot, though. With so many delays, the game better be PERFECT. I think if it falls short, then a lot of people will feel cheated.

With Forza 3, they might have released it a bit early and there were complaints about small aspects such as no shift animation and some glitches, but one patch later and most everything is fixed.
