I had a 1999 Grand Am GT that my parents got for me as my first car, but the motor has now seized up in it and we've had a lot of problems, so we are now selling it... I am driving my dad's truck until I save up enough money to get my own vehicle. I would really like something that gets good gas mileage and cheap insurance, but also something I can add some personal "flare" to. Is there any suggestions on a vehicle that I can pick up farely cheap, and still make look good, while getting the gas mileage and insurance rate i want? Thanks

nissan sentra. id buy a b13 and put a redtop in it, you could have a dirty fast car for like $4k.

Get a 94+ Civic. Cheap cars to get, parts and mods are plenty(fairly inexpensive too), and get good gas milage. However these cars are prone to theft so if you get one make sure not to skimp on the alarm.

Get a Turbo Coupe.. Mine + repairs = $1400 bux, just as fast as an S14 240, already got a turbo on it, cheap, reliable (mine has 170k and still pulls great on 10lbs), 20 mpg :) or the probe above ^^
