I honestly would not be upset if they went out of business.

You do understand that Verizon will never buy out Sprint, right?

I wasn't attacking you. just saying that I never had a problem until I drove a car that came with more than one engine option.

According to internal documents it's being reviewed by the FCC again due to Sprints slipping market share.

Customer service sucks at every O-Reilly's I've been to.

I'm really shocked that O'Reilly's exploded the way they did.

I used to have no problems there. But here recently, it's been increasingly worse. not to mention the amount of time I am without a part I need.

I like O'rielly's because they are cheaper than anyone else, but yea, you need to know what you need before you go in there or you are screwed.

It must vary then cause the O'Reilly's by me is cheaper than Advanced, NAPA, and Auto Zone.

they are pretty cheap here in macon too...plus i use accounts under others names to get it cheaper(with the consent of the other people) but the customer service there is better imo than the rest of the places in macon except pep boys...mainly because everywhere else has 20 year old kids(M+F) who care more about doing their nails or talking on the phone or adding 26" rims and 37 tv's than trying to learn the basic workings of a modern or classic motor vehicle

O'Reily's usually has some stuff that advance doesn't. At least from what i've noticed - costs more though.

The Orielly's in Sharpsburg has been really good for me. Well I guess I should clarify that. One of the Guys behind the counter has been really knowledgeable. Always knows exactly what I'm looking for.

Now the manager is a moron. I had to show him how to run the ignition tester the one time, and the next time had no idea how to read a micrometer. Tried selling me new drums because he said they were out of spec. I tried explaining to him the reading and that they were way within spec but he wouldn't listen.
