So for anyone who doesn't know:

From today, pre-release versions of Windows 7 will shut down every two hours as a cuddly-wuddly caring way to tell you that you ought to upgrade to the final code. These versions of Windows won’t deactivate completely until June 1st but it’s now time to buy and install a full copy of Windows 7 if you haven’t already done so.

Windows 7 won’t delete any of your files or data, so there’s no need to worry, but two hours should be long-enough to back everything up before upgrading to a full paid-for copy of the OS.

Note that if you have a new copy of the OS, just changing your product key in the OS won’t be enough, as there are always significant changes in code from pre-release versions of any OS to the final editions.

Sucks for me. :(
