It just goes to show, if you keep old things in mint condition they might be worth a few thousand dollars more in a decade or so than you purchased it for.

awesome story! i love hearing about stuff like that! that's why i love watching the antique roadshow that my wife makes fun of me for :D

found a $50 target gift card in a gift bag in the attic yesterday almost 2 years after marriage :D
