Xbox 360 w/4 XBOX games/Controller/HD E74 Error

Ok guys this Xbox360 is currently for sale. A buddy of mine doesn't know how to use forums do to his lack of computer knowledge. But the 360 is out of Warrenty but i registered the Xbox on the support site. With an E74 Error Xbox Support states...

"E74 Repairs
Your console may qualify for in-warranty service for this issue. If your console has not logged an E74 error, you will be offered our standard out-of-warranty repair fee"

Looking to get about $100 for everything Price is negotiable. MUST GET RID ASAP!.
