Apexi removal?

I about to turbo my DC. I already have a Apexi VAFC hooked up to my ecu. My question is, do i need to complete remove it when i hook up my hondata s300? I know that hondata can do all that the apexi does. Or should i just keep it in still. Thanks for all the help.

it will still try and fight to force the engine into vtec while the ecu keeps it on lo cam. even if you set the 2 the same it makes for a crappy transition. remove and sell. make sure you re-connect the map and vtec wires to the ecu since they get cut to run through the vafc.
