View Full Version : SRP 12:1 PISTONS QUESTION

i got some gsr SRP 12:1 compression pistons from a friend of mine an just wanted to know if anyone can tell me if they are stock bore or oversize, because the only thing i know is that they have a # 20 on the inside of the piston. i dont think they are for stock bore but i might be wrong! can anyone give me some info on them if they know what im talking about?

find someone with a micrometer screw gauge and measure that bitch...most machine shops will have one...or if you want to buy one for cheap ...i saw it at harbour freight for like 20 bucks.......i didn't buy one for myself bcuz they had chinese lettering on the box and i wasn't feeling that, lol

I don't know what #20 means, but if it were .20 over then they would be 81.5mm bore.

yeah i know what the bore is but just wanted to know what that # is!!! but thanx for the info bro!!!!!

usually the number on the inside in has to do with the original forging and not the final product
