gsr vtec is the only way to go... on the battery set it in the trunk ground it with 4 to 2 gauge wire. run the 12v 4 to 2 gauge wire to the starter, run a 10 gauge wire from + on the alt. to the starter also one last 10 gauge wire from your main fuse to starter. and its done. have mine done that way and its all good (and u cant tell unless your lookin for the shit.)

You want more torque or more top-end power? Overall I like the GSR more.

i want something to make my car faster right now i have a dam d15 auto i really dont car it is to slow

and the b20 is high compression ported and polished it is a really good engine and is seen to pull on the new mustangs and shit
i am later doing a ls vtec swap but for right now i want a bigger engine because i can get the gsr for around 1500 and the b20 for 800 something

Why not just get the high compression b20, install it, rock out for a little bit, then slap a b16 head on there and have a b20vtec?

if you're gonna get a gsr, why you gonna get a ls/vtec later?
go b20/vtec....high compression, more power, more torque and vtec for the same if not less than a gsr.

you know most people on here will not do it the right way...lol.
I'd still do b20vtec over gsr anyday.

It all depends on what you are going to do later on.
IMO I'd go with a GSR for boost.

okay so i am going with the b20 when it is sold and later i want to do an ls vtec because i am going to build a freaking monster of an engine and it is gonna take a while but i am going to do it and then have a fast boosted ls vtec
if planning on boosting later, go b20....

if your wanting boost id say gsr because b20 have ight but slimmer cylinder walls and doesnt rev as high as id like it to. i have b20b block b16 milled head arp head studs and arp rod bolts and still dont wanna bring that bitch past 7.
