Well tonight 6 of us went riding 4-wheelers. 3 of the people who went with us had been drinkin ALOT. I wasn't one of them. Well 2 of them who were drinkin are over 21 and the other one is only 18. Well we are about a quarter of a mile from our trucks so we just decide to hit the highway the rest of the way cause it is 3 in the mornin and we didn't think anyone would be out. With our luck an off duty cop drives by as we are goin down the road and called the county cops. They get there right as we get done loadin up 2 of the 4-wheelers. Only 2 of the 3 four wheelers were there while the first cop was there and then the other one comes up and sees the cop and runs. Another cop pulls up and we are talkin about us ridin on the road and all and they wasn't that mad about it and then they found an open beer in my truck and find the back pack under my 4-wheeler full of beer. Now we are pretty worried. Finally the other 4-wheeler pulls up and both of them are 21 and they say it is their beer. Well they give the 18 year old a breathoizer(sp?) test and he blows a .4. Legal limit for underage is .02. Well now we are scared that him and the two 21 year olds are goin to jail. The cops get all our license and go back to their cars and stay there for about 10 minutes. Well finally they come back and tell us just to go home. As I was walkin back to my truck and I look in the back and notice that they didn't get the back pack. So tonight we all got lucky. I haven't gotten my license changed so I ain't supposed to be out passed 12, my windows are 5%, I don't have my glasses or contacts on/in, and I have a headlight out.

Yea but 2 of the people who went with us are brothers and the 21 year old used to be on coke and his brother was the one they gave the breatholizer(sp?) to but earlier tonight the oldest pissed the other one off so he said somethin along the lines of at least I ain't a cokehead and the oldest jumps off his 4-wheeler and pushes him down and gets on top of him and is chokin him.

My mom is keepin my nephew right now and he woke up and was cryin so she got up to feed him and walked in here and asked if I had fun and had a big smile on her face. She heard it all on the scanner. I swear if my name, or my cousins names(the 2 who got into it tonight) are said on the scanner she and our grandmother will hear it. They both have scanners by their beds and it don't matter how long they have been asleep they will wake up if they hear.

Before I went she didn't think one of my cousins was goin to go but I told her he did and then she named off everyone else who was with us cause they said all our names on the scanner.
