I think you set the rear downforce all the way up, none on the front, something with the spring rates, then boom! Sometimes it'll bust out of the track.

That particular one may be but you could do it with a Escudo and GT-One, it wasn't hacked it was the hybrids you could build using Game Shark. You could do ANYTHING to ANY car such as F1 wheels/tires on a Civic with a RWD swap and a V8.
