Hate Windows protection.
Did a restore for someone else, now I can't get rid of thier system files.

Tried booting into linux to get em that way, but it just kept freezing.

Anyone have any tricks?

the directory i am trying to delete is 28 gigs.
so thats a lot of files. this is the second time i have had this problem.

last time, an update failed, and downloaded itself 300 times.
then the update was protected.
had 300 directories on C:\ that looked like {143960813769813460914326}

can you try to delete smaller pieces at a time?? the NTFS file system can only deal with 4 gigs at a time...might have something to do with it??

not ntfs and 4 gig thing...
unlocker is the only thing that has worked so far, so that is awesome.
however, it is painfully slow. deleting a file every second.
im at a point where most of it is gone, but have a ton of small files so its taking forever.
