Hi I have a B16A j-spec engine for from stock. Its pretty much all aftermarket except for the crank. But I have heard that stock honda cranks are pretty good from the factory and there is no need for me to spend another grand on a aftermarket crand. Is this true?

Not trying to be a contradictory dick , but i beleive they are good WELL past that. I'd say 600+ before you need anything stronger (and even then, it depends). Don't forget, the stock cranks are forged so they're pretty fugging strong.:goodjob:

Stock crank I'd good for 800whp+ all you need to do is balance it

it was just a safe guess. plus he said stock which i took as being unbalanced. thats where my number came from.
