I could've used the factory vq drive by wire to operate the itb's but it would've cluttered the engine bay with a big electrical itb opening apparatus, and there's less things to fail with the cable, so style and safety prevailed over "because we can"

2) Can you even tell me the name of the person that Nissan hired to create the exhaust note you're speaking of? Hint: He's an orchestra conductor.

3) Keep fooling yourself that the 350z sounds any different than a stock G35 or FX35 or even Maxima with an exhaust.

4) I never mentioned I didn't like the sound, I simply DO NOT like the VG and VQ engines. The RB has far more potential than a VQ ever will and other than what's in Supra's and BMW's there's not too many other engines that perform or sound like it. I'll take a turbo in-line 6 over an overly complicated over-engineered V6 any day. ;)

Also, maybe a nice set of HREs or DPEs. Matte black center with a polished black lip. But, too each his own. It's definitely a sick ride.

LOL, people you mean 3 people, Signal Auto, Chris Foresberg, and some other guy...yeah everybody is doing it.

Why do it, The VQ is big and hard to work on, to get 400 hp out of it requires a turbo kit thats a pain to work on. Stock, what in the hell makes you think I would leave it stock. I'm sure you will get a chance to see it at Road Atlanta just like all my other cars. (Fuck I hate you faggot ass drifter fan boys)

For those who have not done their required reading:
The RB26DETT comes with a botom end that can do 500-600hp stoock.
with a power potential of 1000+.
Astheticaly the RB26 allowes for the turbo to be seen in an engione bay.
VG/VQ/VK motors will hide any turbo.
Most PRO 350/G35 drifters have gone VK56DE.
Leep froging the VQ.
And then there is the sound.
