rebuilt head crank up

so i just started the old garage beater for the first time in 6 months after a rebult head :bump:

and shes a smoking like crazy....

is doesnt smell funny its just thick smoke.

is this normal?

Was it smoking before the head? Better yet, why did you replace the head?

lol you mean pull the motor out and tear it down and rebuild it... yeah because thats not cost, time and labor effective.
