Guy has been missing since last week. He was going home after dropping friends off and just disappeared. Truck is missing, no bank account activity or anything. Went missing in the Savannah area but Statesboro, Savannah are both possible areas. Crazy ass world.....

Why would they NOT know what state tag he had? And did anyone go to his residence and pull any paperwork to get a tag number? A tag number would be helpful to have. Later, QD.

He lived in GA, according to the article, but used to live in Maine and no one knows if he had a Maine or Georgia tag. Later, QD.

regardless, how the fuck in gods name do you not have a tag number? this is retarded. Either Maine or Georgia? Why is it between these two states? Does he have two tags which he switches out frequently? Great detective/police work here.. clearly they're trying very hard to help everyone identify.
