I want to remove my badges off my sc and was wondering if there was a way to plug and paint the badge holes cleanly?

well there's one way i saw it done, you get some drywall anchors and fit them in the hole to make sure they fit tight. if they do, fill them up with caulk or silicon, paint them, then before you put them in spread some silicon around them so it will be sealed. it work, and didnt look to bad as they sat flush. and sealed good. if you didnt want to fill it with bondo and paint it.

Yea what he said because it could be just an adhesive behind the badges

First just take a blow dryer and set it on its highest heat and blow and let the badge area get hot. 5 mins or more will do. Then take fishing line or dental floss and run it under the badge and slowly remove it. Clean it from there and fill in the hole if there are any.

GOD NO.....Bondo would just sit there and crack of break off because there is nothing for the bondo to grab on. It would just drip down the hole on the inside of the car

Have someone with fab experience weld the holes in. Then filler, sand, primar, and paint.

^Yea weld them or put a peace of medal behind it and weld it to it, so u then can bondo the rest and it will have something to grab on to. Then sand, primer, and paint it....

:goodjob:

I wouldn't do it until you can do it this way. Just leave the badges on until then or its gonna end up looking like ass.
