Damn well its easy to do.. Once you have done it a few times..

Wish i could help.. What CANT you do tho? you say everything is on? Whats on?

Put Crank to TDC mark.. Line up your cams to TDC. both ARROWS pointing UP.. but not STRAIGHT up.. kinda tilted to the front aligned with motor..Then slide the belt on.. Tighten Tensioner.. Turn crank with 17mm about 3 times.. make sure its still TDC.. crank it up.. RIDE OUT

make sure your tensioner pulley is tight, if you have to, find any means of making it tighter by loosening the bolt, then grabbing the pulley upwards, then tighten down the bolt.

hey, look at the cams withe the valve cover off. Near the cam gears, there should be two little holes in the cam caps, and 2 holes in the cams. Stick a roll pin or a skinny screw driver in each with both lined up.(BTW that is the only way they will with the holes in position.)

Also, having a lower timing cover would be helpful for getting it in TDC, but take out the number 1 spark plug and put a long screw driver in the hole and make sure it is at the very peak. Then put the belt on, spin it over about 1.5 times and tighten the tensioner while the slack is out. Then watch your screw driver go up and down and make sure you have it set to where they line back up after a couple of turns of the crank.

In other words. Pistons (1 and 4) have to be at the top.
And also. you sure you got the right timing belt. If im not mistaken some b series have different amount of teeth on them?

LOL, you dont need the crank pulley on there man, theres a mark on the crank gear and a mark to line it up on down there, take that pulley off. It will confuse you trying to do it that way.

there is a trick i guess you would call it that with the tensioner tightening and can make it off a half tooth or so. i know from experience and then my bro would take 30 seconds and it was on after i tried 30 times.

take the pulley off..... there are 3 marks one on each cam and on on the oil pump

line cams up.....loosen tensioner.....stick drill bits in the cam alignment holes.... wrap belt around cams and work it down to the crank.... that way you align only one mark at the bottom..... snug the tensioner almost tight..... bump the tensioner pulley with a rubber mallet so it takes slack but doesnt lossen again..... lock the tesioner down.......DONE
