it seems like it was probably some jealous asshole or maybe an ex girlfriend. Good thing you can buff it out.

This was my first time really getting down and dirty with buffing. I guess it was a good learning experience. I plan to spend more time with it.

Haters.

But glad you were able to recover (most) it with some buffing skills. Care to elaborate on the step-process you took with the 13 different things you used lol?

:lmfao::lmfao::lmfao::lmfao::lmfao:

now THAT'S comedy.

you wouldn't beat up someone half your size if they punched you in the face and called you a bitch in front of your family.

On a serious note:

good job getting it out. glad it wasn't very deep.

I Youtube'd it up. You only need a few things.

Rubbing compound
Polish
Wax

1. I would start with polish to see it will remove the scratch first. If it’s any where slightly deep then polish will not do it all. You will then need running compound which acts like a wet sand paper and sands down a bit of clear coat.

2. You will then need to polish the light swirls the rubbing compound will leave.

3. Once polished, wax it up and you are done!

Use a bunch of clean towels, polishing pads, and a drill to make things a bit easier on the hands.

^the same one that also wrote stupid phrases on a muddy jeep? scratched it to shit
looks goood though. still needs a little polishing though i think. you can still see the hazing path the rubbing compound left. but thats usually super hard to get rid of completely, for me atleast haha

^Any tips?

Find someone on IA who has a buffer that would be willing to help :goodjob:

If you want to do it by hand, off the shelf products id recommend using is any rubbing and polishing compound, followed by something like Meguiars Scratch X in multiple coats. Also dont let polish sit and dry, its made to be wiped after use. But to really do any correcting of sorts, a buffer is where you will see the most significant gains and correction.
