the civic is cool. there has obviously been a lot of blood sweat and tears (and money) poured into this thing and the work looks top notch. i can appreciate that and wish i had the money and the ability to put that much into my car although i would take it a completely different direction. but thats why its your car not mine. i appreciate it, i just dont like it. i myself could not pour that much into a car like that...just doesnt make sense to me to put like 10 time more money into a car than the car is actually worth..i just dont get it i guess. and i think that some of the mods on it are a little ricey. but thats just my .02 and if you like it thats all that matters..

I have a fiberglassed shifter console with a 7" touch screen and fiberglassed/suede wrapped tweeter pods with my A/F in it. lol. So I don't have a problem with that. The things that bug me are the staggered wheels on a FWD and the EXCESSIVE canards. Some are okay to me, but you've got quite a few. Also, I really like the gated shifter. Where did you get that made and how can I get one? lol.

The accord is a nice daily. I've always liked those wheels with fat tires.

like someone said before, if i had the choice of spending a bunch of money on one car i would build a car like this civic^^^, and like someone already said it does look like most ek's nowadays but when its yours and you drive it, its different than looking at it in a mag or at a show

how long have you been working on the civic? it seems like you have had it for a while, i have seen a couple of people that used to do car shows when body kits were all the rave back in the day, but now they are trying to evolve the car

My ONLY problem with the orange car are the side skirts. No matter what, they always look half ass and don't fit the car at all... like someone stuck some cardboard to the side. This goes for every Civic I have seen tham on. Othat than that, there is some serious work in there.

While I would never build a car like that, I liked how the car shows used to be back when. Even if your car didn't look like that, everyone still came out to chill and look around and just have fun.

As for the green Civic, it's just a poseur as making fun of the staggered wheels on the orange Civic. Using the excuse that a car is driven hard on the street is a ricer move. Oh an I'm diggin that ill-fitting front flare lol

i wanted to say thank you. i built the car myself and pretty much by myself. the only other two that worked on it were my buddy/paint guy(outer body work and paint) and my upholstery guy(seats and wheel). so that is a huge compliment and i sincerely appreciate it.
