Thinking about buying a sub compact as a carrier... What do you guys think of a Taurus 24/7 pt111?? I'm not looking to spend a fortune and want a good gun for the money...

Thats what I'd get, what caliber is it? To carry I'd get a .40 or .45.

Its a 9mm... They also have it in a .40 cal.

It looks like is has a cross bolt safety on it, but I can hardly tell. I don't care for a cross bolt safety/

Get you one of those .357 mags like I brought shooting with us, when they see that monster they'll think twice.

i owned a pt140 and its a reliable gun but i hate the feel of the grip. it is thinner than the top portion. but for the dollar its reliable. but i rather jump up few bucks to get a kahr cw9 or something?

they are ok, i had the pt145 but the triggers are goofy as hell, it feels like it travels forever.
