Best of luck. Regardless of the bickering and the strange hatreds some people have about it, there's nothing wrong with helping people in pain.

Consider he is chair force, probably sit around while civilian contractors do the work.

My wife has been there twice and is itching to go back again. She doesnt stay on the main land though.

lol We'll actually be working this time, with over 150 flights in and out I doubt there will be much down time. What my job is, is Air Transportation.. we load and unload the planes, everything cargo we deal with. In Charleston we were getting maybe 2 flights on our shift a day.. so it will be interesting.

Why didnt you do LoadMaster?

Got F'd by the recruiter. Long story short..

recruiter: "yeah I got you loadmaster"

Come to find out the paperwork had 2T2 and not 1A4 (AFSC's) and by then it was a done deal.

Speaking of getting F'd, I called and verified I was on this deployment twice with a definite yes, well I hadn't heard anything and we're scheduled to leave next week so I shoot an email and the answer I get is that they took the list from 30 down to 9.. and I'm not one of the 9. Fuck, would've been nice to receive that phone call so I wouldn't have started making arrangements. (school, finances, etc) I'm beyond pissed right now and thats all I can say..
