No I'm not wanting to get it done illegally, just trying to figure out where to start fixing it. I failed HC, CO, and NOx. I know the car is running rich, but what would cause the NOx problem(which is what failed the worst). Here is a little info about the car just in case it will help. Current setup is 93 Eagle Talon with Evo III 16g, 550 injectors, 2g MAF, 3" Magnaflow catback, 3" downpipe. EGT's never get much above 1250 at full boost and 900-1000 out of boost. Car runs extremely good. Puffs some black smoke at shifts under throttle.
