Very nice. I guess someone's been doin his preventative maintenance, or spent lots of time restoring it. I want mine to look like that after all those years..

That is immensely rare. How did the guy go about preventing the 6mm carbon seals from going at like 50k miles? Does he had custom steel 6mm apex seals made for him?, or 10A rotors with apex seal sized to fit shortened 3mm or 2mm seals? You almost never see these dual distributor 10As running because the original seals sucked, and nobody makes replacements.

also, you guys have to keep in mind, the rotary had only been in production road cars for 4 years, and had only been in existence for about 6. Hardly any R&D for the platform yet. These engines did NOT last long due to lack of long term knowledge and improvements over years. This is like an engine from 1904 still running in 1943. Makes this liitle beauty all the more impressive.
