90 Integra idle problem

So I have a 90 Integra and it idles really bad. It goes
up and down up and down I have already replaced the idle air control valve, throtle body, and have checked all vacume lines. WTF is the deal?

i had a 90 integra and it was the distribor weird but it won't idle right and sometimes would have trouble cranking

Just put new dizzy and it's not the tps
