anyone got any cell phones their sellin for under 100 need a quick replacement and phone insurance sucks they wanna give the same rat ass phone for $50, needs to be either cingular or unlocked

there are alot of people that can do it with software or with codes, alotta shady cell phone places do it for a few bucks
