no, it was made by wingwest. it fit perfectly with no gap.
it very strong and made by ABS plastic.

it also fit like OEM with out flare on the side

i have a 96 nissan 240sx 105k stock everything except the following
brembo rotors
hawk pads
unknown body kit
shifter boot

car has new timing set and water pump
i drive it everyday and get 380 to the tank every fill up

car is gold with great black interior, no rip,tears,nor stains.
paint could use a clear coat on top (spots where is flaking off)
and front bumper has crack on lower part.
