I just received and E-mail this morning from the marketing and club coordinator (Tom Heath) and he needs for us to start sending in total count so that he can plan us and get us going. He does have us a core group because of our early commitment to this.

Please get with everyone you know and tell them the information found below (as far as pricing and what the main day for us is) and see what they are doing. Especially if they don't get on here or get online.

Ok, folks, start saving up for it. It is the weekend of April 29-May 2. The main day that we'd like to see everyone out is Saturday, May 1. This year is the feature of the BRE Datsuns so it is Japanese oriented.

I'm going to be there all weekend running parade laps with the East Coast 510 club. Saturday at noon there is a BRE tribute parade laps lead by all the famous BRE race cars. Any other Datsun owners going to do the parade laps? Or do you guys want to set one up for our group?

When are you guys leaving? Cause I have to be there by 9 if there is a chance to do a parade lap on Saturday:

BRE Tribute cars- BRE Tribute cars (Inspired by or painted like the original BRE racers) should stage Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the parade lap staging area for judging by Peter Brock himself. There will be signage directing cars from the car corral area to the appropriate staging area. Get there on time and greatly increase your chances for face time with Peter and the BRE Team, and don't forget to bring a sharpie if you'd like an autograph. The awards will be given out during the noon BRE ceremonies, followed by a special parade lap session with the authentic BRE cars. Come see me on Thursday or Friday to sign up for this portion of the event. Parade lap tickets that are unassigned by Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. will be made available to others.
