They cited the economy as the reason. They backed out at the end of last year. You must not watch it because it's only been Citroen and Ford this year. Don't let the Fiesta name fool you because the cars are monsters.

I put a call in yesterday to a friend at Ford Racing for another friend of mine locally, and we talked a bunch about this.

Ken Block and his car will be in Bristol,Tn for the NASCAR spring race, so hopefully he and I will be doing a fun video with this and I've got my fingers crossed they can find us an empty parking lot somewhere.

My friend mentioned though that we will get a hot rod version of this at some point, but it won't wear an SVT emblem..probably an R. And it will be AWD.

If you saw the newest Top Gear, Clarkson drove a bright green one and loved it.

I'm definitely interested if that R shows up. We can't all fear good change in the auto world...I loved my STi and they're awesome cars, but they aren't the only cool cars out there which are affordable.

And for the record, Ken Block sold DC, so the last guy is only partly correct. He's still on as the CEO for another few years and then he's out as per the original contract. They're owned by Quicksilver now :)
