Not sure why but here is a poll.
Options:
A. You can be rich but have three years to live. You get $100 billion deposited into a bank account, you're given a debit card, go at it. You will drop dead in exactly three years.
B. You have perfect health, you have no chance of getting ill. You still get colds, the flu, etc. You won't die from it though. You will die an old man in his sleep. You won't be rich, you will make a decent but stable income.
Which would you choose? I personally would rather have perfect health, I'd rather have time with the ones I love and be able to live out my life then have a three year free for all.

Live it up. You could be healthy for 100 years and never really -live- life.

A. You can be rich but have three years to live. You get $100 billion deposited into a bank account, you're given a debit card, go at it. You will drop dead in exactly ten years.
I'm confused.
Regardless, I'd take the money and run. I can do a lot more in three years with a fortune than I would be able to do in my entire life with an average income.

Fixed lol, was ten but that's a pretty long time.
Fixed lol, was ten but that's a pretty long time.Kinda what I was thinking at first actually. Three years might have a bit more weight on my decision than ten. Hmm...

I would live to be old man and make bank. I dont need someone to offer me that amount of money for me to be happy with my life. I wanted to go out in bang I wouldnt need money to do it, I assure you that.

The way i see it, you can live to be old and what not think about how precious everything is OR you can spend all the money you can on all the people you can go everywhere you can and do everything you can which sounds better to you.
Money and crazyness > being old and boring

Health, in 3 years my kids would only be 7 and 5. I'd like to spend some time with them.

It would be the easy way out IMO. I would beat the shit out of drug dealers (i.e. crack/meth you know the hard shit) and take their money. So much more fun and clean the streets at the same time. Take some 16 yr olds Bugatti and race every fucker from GA to Cali for pink slips. And then sell the Bugatti to the lowest bidder. Then jump on a plane to Canada and start a war bc they have had it too good for too long.

This made me think, do you hate your life? I would never sell my life for some 100million. WHAT THE FUCK? If you have one cell in your brain, you would pick life/health over money.

Basically!
I'm shocked at the answers but then again i'm not surprised-
Either people don't FULLY think or FULLY consider how SHORT 3 years is or still don't understand that money does not bring happiness or simply have their values out of decent order.
By the end of the 1st year, you will regret the F out of your decision after you see how much temporary happiness you have and much time you Don't have. You'll start to look around I see all the bestest material of everything all around you but realize how much time you don't have left to enjoy it. You'll see all of your friends and family who will potentially outlive the F outta you and WISH you were in their shoes. You'll begin to think of being a memory or if people will forget you. You won't be able to love anyone...ok i'll stop there.
All in all, It will be the worse decision you've Ever made, you'll hate yourself and begin to blow your money (Gving it away, burnign it, Coke, Herron Etc LoL)! You won't even enjoy the full 3 years.
Health is above ALL, You can make money while you're alive. Being healthy will allow you to truly enjoys life and the things that REALLY matter (which has absolutely NOTHING to do with money, cars, cash, clothes....hoes?) I suppose.

I would rather be healthy. Period.
Everyone saying they would take the money is making one bad assumption. They are assuming that without tons of money, you can't live your life to the fullest. That is BS.
I would rather live a long, full life. Not live a short, full life.

Health for sure.
There is no way tons of money and 3 years of life could ever outweigh the possibilities of what could be enjoyed throughout a long healthy lifetime.

Be healthy, live my life to the fullest as best I can, and be happy with that decision. See my son grow up and hopefully do good things with his life. I don't need money now to make me happy and have a good life, I sure as hell don't need it for 3 years before I die. People put too much weight on money and material things. It's sad, really.

I'd take the money, then pay off the person I made the contract with for like $10 billion. Keep $90 billion and live for the rest of my life balling out of control.

No one lives forever, no one. But with advances in modern science and my high level income, it's not crazy to think I can live to be 245, maybe 300. Heck, I just read in the newspaper that they put a pig heart in some guy from Russia. Do you know what that means?

The good health is my choice. So many rich people commit suicide and aren't happy. I mean, I'd love the house, the cars, and whatnot, but I'd suddenly "make" a ton of "friends" nearly overnight. I'd rather live in a world where I know my friends are my friends because they like having me around vs just because of what I have. I'd feel so alone, even if someone sincerely liked me, I'd probably think I'm only good for my money in other people's eyes.

I'm single, no plans for kids or getting a wife. I'll take the money route. Pay off all of my families debt, move my parents where ever they would want to go, give them half of the money. Take half of what I have left to donate to charities and medical research. The rest of the money would be spent on what I want. A couple of houses (one at the beach, and one in the mountains) some cars (67 Shelby GT500, 57 Chevy Bel Air, R/T Challenger, ect), College funds for my nieces (as their parents will not be able to afford it) and a big bash for my "moving on" with all of my family together in Vegas, and when I pass, all of my belongings would be sent to my brother/sister and parents.

I couldn't spend and enjoy $100 billion in three years.
Decent and stable income sounds great.
Up the offer to like thirty years and give me just $1 billion and I'll be just fine though.
Seems like a happy median.
