91 240sx. will it work? what about the DOHC ecu from an S14?

What about a DOHC auto ecu with a 5 speed engine? I cant find the exact ecu I need, just every other one. fml.

sure why not..... i dont know for certain..... but i ran my dohc non vtac with a sohc vtec ecu...... ran like shit when "no vtac" kicked in.....

but...... you should be able to run the dohc with a sohc ecu.......

its not gonna work, especially one from a s14. different ignition, distributors, etc.

good luck with finding a sohc ecu. shouldn't be too hard since so many people are getting rid of them in favor of dohc ka, sr, rb swaps.

^ Well its a SOHC car from factory, motor went kaput so we're swapping in a DOHC because it was the first thing we found. And the DOHC we have has an S14 distributor.

I'm just stating the little info I know about the motor, so please fill in the gaps. thanks!

im 99% sure it wont work. ive worked on a few 240s and it has never worked for me before

NOT GONNA WORK, AND THE AUTO ECU MIGHT BE POSSIBLE BUT YOUR CAR IS GONNA RUN SHITTY AS HELL AND AUTOS ONLY HAVE 4 GEARS AND IF UR CAR IS MANUAL IDK HOW THATS GONNA WORK, SO IM GOING TO SAY NEITHER IS GONNA WORK.
