A Los Angeles judge ordered the California Highway Patrol to return 60 lbs. of marijuana confiscated during the arrest to be returned to the defendant based on the fact that he successfully argued he was allowed to have it under the medical marijuana guidelines issued by the state.

The guy works at a co-op, and probably smokes, and you know there is over 1000 places in L.A alone that if you have a 215 med card you can buy and smoke pot at them. With all those places having large quantities of it around to sell to patients, getting pulled over my an ignorant cop is bound to happen. I say that because obviously the people of the state of Cali have spoken, they want their pot, but some cops still want smokers in jail.

YES, i was selling 18 kilos to the mexican cartel that runs stuff from Georgia up north, shit went bad, they didnt want to pay the 3 million dollars so i shot one in the head and his buddy shot me twice, after bleeding in a motel room for 3 hours(figured i would just lay and die) with 2 dead bodies, my friend got back with our boy who does underground surgeries, had me up and walking within a couple days, and best part, we still had all the coke and money, so we went to vegas and blew it all. :yes:

No from what i was told by the detective they wanted to make a name from themselves and came their to kill all of us execution style, from what im told, i saved 3 peoples lives.

Considering I have a scar from a bullet right where my heart sits, yeah I am smiling. Went in my chest missed my heart, punctured a lung. Was stabbed 5 times in the stomach, and ran over by a tractor. Ive got plenty to smile about, and I deal with the pain like a man.
