So im going down my local freeway (I-75) and this Dumb ass in a blue Jeep Liberty Decides My Lights are too bright? They are 12k HID's I have high and low beams Low Beams Were on need I say more. The jeep locked em down to a 20mph roll on the freakin freeway!!! I was far back enough not to bother him So I Down Shift to 2nd gear and pass this guy. He proceeds to pull over behind me and bright light me , honk his horn and ride my ass. So I speed up to remove him from my bumper and slow down once far enough.

Im coming up on my exit and get off with him and his buddy in a Sliverado trailing me. So I speed up off the exit to try and loose them again. No luck traffic to heavy to dip in and out. So I turn to get back on the freeway and an exit over to a buddys just in case these guys road rage gets the best of em and wanna do something else beside try to scare me lol.

So I get back on the freeway with them still on my ass, and merge into traffic, the next exit is where im going and sure enough I get far enough out ahead to start to slow down as soon as I slow down (keep in mind its a 55 mph zone.) I start to get over to get off my exit for my buddys house and sure enough an UNMARKED :police: car pulls me over and my little buddies in the jeep and the truck started to get off right behind the unmarked but stayed on when the blue lights came on!!!

The cop asked me why I was speeding and I told him the jeep was messing with me, and before I could tell him that the jeep was following me he had me accused of lying to him got me out of the car and had me sit on the freeway for 20 min. He comes back and asks for my info and tells me he would have let me off scot free had I not lied to him?? WTF!!! So he says he is going to slam me with everything he can.....Needless to say I got one for window tint, Speeding (90 in a 55), and registration ticket (just got the car had a bill of sale and the title, in TN you have 30 days to register a traded car) he said take it to court?? Heres the kicker I got my ticket and the ticket says in a box "RADAR" and a box to check yes or no, He marked NO! So how is that VALID??

OK OK OK so This is goin to be the biggest croc of bullshit you will ever hear!

So im going down my local freeway (I-75) and this Dumb ass in a blue Jeep Liberty Decides My Lights are too bright? They are 12k HID's I have high and low beams Low Beams Were on need I say more. The jeep locked em down to a 20mph roll on the freakin freeway!!! I was far back enough not to bother him So I Down Shift to 2nd gear and pass this guy. He proceeds to pull over behind me and bright light me , honk his horn and ride my ass. So I speed up to remove him from my bumper and slow down once far enough.

Im coming up on my exit and get off with him and his buddy in a Sliverado trailing me. So I speed up off the exit to try and loose them again. No luck traffic to heavy to dip in and out. So I turn to get back on the freeway and an exit over to a buddys just in case these guys road rage gets the best of em and wanna do something else beside try to scare me lol.

So I get back on the freeway with them still on my ass, and merge into traffic, the next exit is where im going and sure enough I get far enough out ahead to start to slow down as soon as I slow down (keep in mind its a 55 mph zone.) I start to get over to get off my exit for my buddys house and sure enough an UNMARKED :police: car pulls me over and my little buddies in the jeep and the truck started to get off right behind the unmarked but stayed on when the blue lights came on!!!

The cop asked me why I was speeding and I told him the jeep was messing with me, and before I could tell him that the jeep was following me he had me accused of lying to him got me out of the car and had me sit on the freeway for 20 min. He comes back and asks for my info and tells me he would have let me off scot free had I not lied to him?? WTF!!! So he says he is going to slam me with everything he can.....Needless to say I got one for window tint, Speeding (90 in a 55), and registration ticket (just got the car had a bill of sale and the title, in TN you have 30 days to register a traded car) he said take it to court?? Heres the kicker I got my ticket and the ticket says in a box "RADAR" and a box to check yes or no, He marked NO! So how is that VALID??

i'm pretty sure you can get out of the registration ticket, just prove to them that you recently bought the car. but as for the speeding ticket, you're pretty screwed. he doesnt have to get you on radar or laser, he can just say he was pacing you and thats enough proof to convict you <-happened to me

If you go into the court house acting proper and explain the situation to the DA you can probably get a few of those, if not all, dropped. Here in GA I've heard that they can give you tickets on speeding with out using the radar guns.


Honestly though I don't understand why someone ridding your ass would cause you to speed. If someone tail gaits the shit out of me, I just drop my speed 5 miles below the posted speed limit and keep on riding eventually they'll get the point that I don't give a fuck what their situation is and go about their way... As you were being truthful to the cop and explaining the scenario the cop was uncooperative and didnt even listen to you speaking the truth and automatically accused you of lieing. Hire an attorney cuz well a young kid expressing his morality to an old judge that eats kids on lunch break really wont hear it out professionally probably unless it's from an attorney.
