could be wrong, but i would say it would be somewhere between an 7500K and a 12000K... Only reason i say this is because of the color spectrum being ROYGBIV... Green being in between yellow and blue... jus sayin

Well I was going to buy a set of 8k hid's for $40, but (ej6kidd) kid accidently dropped them & busted the blue bulbs & told me he had a set of green hid bulbs & I asked what series they were & he thought they were 30k.... So I asked him to look it up & let me know what series (k) they are, then recieved a text saying they were really bright.... I'm not buying them I'm just curious how bright they are & what series (k) they are....?

they are just colored HIDs not really a certain temp. HIDs go from yellow-white-blue-purple then you actually have to get colored ones to get anything else. IF you were wanting to actually get them....DONT....you wont be able to see shit.

if you are going to get green hids get ready to get pulled over by police they are to bright to use as regular headlights even 8k, its rare depends on your headlights, will get you pulled over. but as they said. don't go with green ones they actually do look horrible. and with any hid no matter the k you will loose visibility in the rain. same as any other light you put on your car. hids just look better and are good on clear nights.

WRONG. HIDs improve visibility as long as you dont go with some crazy color or temp. 6k and below is what you want to run. Why the hell would manufacturers install these things if they made vision worse. Please get your facts straight before acting like you know what you are talking about and sending someone in the wrong direction. Just because your experience with junk ass blue HIDs was bad does not mean all HIDs are bad.

i ended up buying one of these cheap bulbs set as replacement for my Suby. I know realize that $$$ 14k temp bulbs projected more light than these $$ replacement 6k bulbs :\. Search up on 55w vs 35w kits. After these 6k dies i am going back to previous company. Don't get me wrong color is great, and output is okay, but not excellent.

crazy colors do limit visibility in the rain and fog like i mentioned how my light pink 1s do. but regular colors help you see better or else why would they come factory in BMWs, newer hondas/acuras, etc. sorry could help myself

8k from dynamic sound for 55. do it.
i bought an 8000k dual beam kit from them for my truck and whenever i would turn on my high beams, then try to go back to the low beams, they would get stuck on high until i went over a bump or something. then they would eventually come down... this happened no matter how long they were on and i got tired of it, plus the color wasn't workin for me so i sold em n got me some 6000k HIDs :goodjob:

did either of you try contacting them to get the problem resolved? i had an issue with a ballast on my set and he was more than willing to work with me and replaced the bad part quickly and with no questions.

im not a disgruntled customer or pissed off or anything, they just weren't what I was expecting. Im sure he would have worked with me but replacing the bulbs or ballasts, I dont think that would have fixed the issue of not coming down from high beam only because a friend of mine has the same issue on his truck. but its all good :goodjob:

check them out, have bought many set from my cars and now my bike, great product, fast shipping, and lifetime warranty. and 35w and 55w kits. i have 55m 5k and love it.highly recommend this company. becarefull with the cheap kits they suck, these are cheap also but i have had about 5 sets from them and never had any problems and a lifetime warranty, you cant beat that
between 4500-6000k is the best visibility, anything after that is mostly for color, dont get me wrong they are still bright but after 6k you start loosing light
