So here is my opinion.

If marijuana is to ever be legalized, they would first need to come out with marijuana detector. And same rule should apply as alcohol. Can't be high in public, cant be behind a wheel, and so on.

ive personally talked to a cop stoned. idk why people freak out. i was at a friends house with more of my friends and as we were leaving we see a cop roll down the hill, shines the spot light at us and gets out of the car. the officer came and took my info down b/c my old eclipse fit the description of a car leaving a robbery in the neighborhood. in 5min 2 more cops showed up. i had to talk to her and act as sober as possible lol. it and drizzling slightly that night so i guess that helped to cover up the smell lol. we got lucky. but after that the high went away:( we just had the munchies so we hit up waffle house:D
