O well I figured id let everyone know pass the word and ban him or something...he seemed like a really cool dude in person.:no:

The best you can do is file a police report of they need his personal info from the Ia servers (assuming he used his real name bday and email) then they will subpoena it legally from Paul and he will comply

Well if you tried to deposit it at the bank, and they kept it, the bank is required to call the cops on the spot and try and detain you.
