that's the #1 way to reach customers IMO. Interact with your customers on a face to face basis (via the net)

I grew my kiddracing name in 12 months to the point it's mentioned with skunk2, buddy club, vibrant etc (multi million dollar corporations)

the number one thing people like about my business.......I'm online answering customers questions rapidly and they feel like they are relating to me

That's my opinion the Internet trumps any other form of advertising
