Well, I sold my old gun and upgraded to this one. So far I love it! Cleaned her up a little and greased all the parts up and decided to take a few pics. I kinda like how these turned out.

Going for some different style pics than I usually take.

Corbon PowRBalls or Federal Hydrashocks for me!!

Great looking gun. Any more pics of the back of the side? What's new, what's upgraded?

I personally like Federal too. I got these bullets for a trade for some dry fire caps so they'll do for now. I will probably use them at the range anyways :)

No upgrades yet but I will be modding it in the near future as far as changes from factory the 3rd gen has no more magazine splitting problems and there are supposedly better hand grips and a trigger pull feel too :goodjob:

In the end a Glock is a Glock is Glock. Awesome machines for the price IMO

Go to the next gun show and buy you a bag of reloaded HP's for the same price you likely picked up your FMJ's for at the gun store. :goodjob:

I've always liked the 115gr+P+ for me. Corbon and Hydrashocks always netted me good results feed wise, but your gun is not ammo sensitive anyway.

With all the trouble I've had after my last "upgrade"......I probably should've gone the LS route myself.:( Hopefully she'll be back on the road soon enough though. :goodjob:

LS2 is sick but I wonder how the whole car will feel. Probably won't feel like a Lexus at cruising speeds. I may be wrong though. I love that body style GS. Especially Dan's and an old friend of mine named Rey.

thanks jaime, i will look into it next time. like i said though, i just picked up some snap caps (dry fire dummy rounds) for a buddy of mine. he paid me back with a box of the FMJs.

yeah for me right now there's not much of my money going towards the car until i get other things back in order. budget sucks right now

Yeah I read the article when it came out in Barnes and Nobles. I figure that's gonna be the route for most of the 400 guys since the turbo thing hasn't really worked out as well as the 300 guys. It'll definitely be pimp! Plus the upgrades are never ending for that motor. You can stay allmotor and make 600 on pump or go boost and make 700-800 on pump STOCK motor no internals. The best thing is you can find those motors cheap now so building them is NO PROBLEM!! I say Kudos to you.

The hard part is finding them in stock

Yup you got it. The way I see it is it should be about half the cost of building the 2JZ right and if i can sell my motor it will be considerably less too. It isn't gonna be over night but it'll be sooner than if I stay with the 2JZ route. Thanks too for the insight. I think it is a smarter choice!
