New subtle changes to the vette...

Tinted the Tails, 3rd brake light, and DRL's on the vette. Just ran out and snagged a couple quick shots in an unfinished part of my neighborhood. In hindsight i shoulda rolled the wheel a lil bit to let more light in on the first 2 but this was just to show the look so eh, what the hell?

In another week or so we are going to take them back off and wetsand/polish them to remove any overspray or imperfections! This was all done with paint and looks great IMO. Added 2-3 tablespoons of black to a batch of clear and layered them until we reach desired results. No more than 6 layers were used though bc we didnt want the paint to run.

I would never let him touch my car.. i guess keeping the side moldings is different.. i see more without them.. Im not sure i could do mine bc its all one piece.. i might just get smoked ones but one of the four went out.. its $77 to replace one from acura.. :(

I would never let him touch my car.. i guess keeping the side moldings is different.. i see more without them.. Im not sure i could do mine bc its all one piece.. i might just get smoked ones but one of the four went out.. its $77 to replace one from acura.. :(

im keeping them on bc everyone else takes them off the car and IMO the car looks bland without them. Sure you can why couldnt you? remove it spray them and then re-install. Ya Acura isnt fun as far as parts prices go.
