The Epic Georgia Club/Crew meet (concept)

So I was thinking about Top Notch's meet this past weekend and how much of a blast it was. We had folks from a few crews there and all was pretty civil. I know ASAP was represented as well as possibly the Goon Squad (not 100% sure there). However it was fun no doubt. So it got me thinking. Does anyone know of any bullruns happening lately or would any other club/crew be interesed in a multi-crew cruise?

My thought was to find a nice long path (potentially and probably unavoidably using interstates) from say Columbus to Atl.

If something like this is already in the works and I'm a moron (quite possible as my supervisor always tells me at work) then please let me know and I'll delete this or have a mod do it. Otherwise, ideas? Thoughts?

That was the idea. I figured most of the Columbus folk get left out in the cold half the time cause they're 2 hours from Atl. I got some Mazda folks down there that might come up too.

This being a car forum, has anyone seen the Teckademics Mischeif Video series? I figured this would be a fun idea. Basically, get a number of folks with camera (recording and photo) and basically just have a bullrun. Starting in Alabama/GA line on I-185 all the way to the Mall of GA on I-85 (perhaps ending at the Old Toys R Us building right off the exit... it's empty).

Also, the Mischief guys get pulled all the time. If this ends up gaining traction and gets rolling... I'll make sure to note that this is a "your own ass" meet. If you do something stupid like burnout at any stopping point, speed past the posted limit, or do anything that might draw attention to yourself in a negative way, I (nor IA) will be held accountable.

id say from the ATL area to a various location, its more centralized, im from about 2 hours north of the varsity, much less another 2 hours to columbus, If you started in a more central location, you'd prob have a better turn out.

Sounds like a good idea. If you do it in June, I might be back on R&R, if you do it after that it'd be safe to say I'd be back mid-October. You could make it semi-annual though, lol.....

I understand about starting in a centralized location, however, if I did and we drove to Columbus, you're still out 4 hours if you N. of Atl. I'm about 45 mins above Atl. Granted that's not too far but I know what you're saying. Since this thing is gaining some wheels, I'll do a little research on my lunch hour today. Look at some dates, plan a few routes, etc. The way I see this, I'll never be able to please everyone. If everyone wants to come, someone is going to be driving a good distance. My whole idea on this was to make a meet where we could flood GA streets (make for epic pics if we got even a little bit of publicity), have some fun, and not need to rent a hotel.

Glad to see there is some interest in this all. When/Where is Import Alliance?

Well I am definitely shooting for a mid year date because of weather and if this is to be "epic," we need to give plenty o' heads up. Keep in mind that's wedding season so I know I won't be able to make everyone happy. I know it's wedding season because I'll hit my 2 year anniversary in June.

It would seem like I keep apologizing for this thread. However, I will once again. Upon returning to my house last weekend, we had a note in our mailbox saying our neighborhood has been broken into at least one 1 possibly two occasions last week. So I've been a little on edge trying to make security in my home priority.

I still can't figure out the route. I mean, I could say Atl. to Columbus, but that's just interstates and that's not too fun. Anyone have ideas? I know there have been ideas thrown about on here but I'd really prefer it be more fun than lengthy.

Also, anyone know any free, accessible parking decks in ATL we can meet at without being hassled by "the man?"
