Yeah... I'm not so sure if it's a roadblock but so much the problem that comes with having hundreds of thousands die in a short period of time. It looked like people were trying clean up the mess rather than block roads.

It would also be very devastating. Here in GA our population isn't as dense as in Haiti so I'm not sure how it'd be really.
