i got a 1999 civic hatch. just got the car yesterday, i took it out today and push it a few times. got home and notice my Radiator Fan isnt on?? help how can i find out my Radiator Fan motor isnt working my car just fuck up?

Check to see if the plug on the fan has power..

ALSO at the Plug on the T. housing.. You can juss unplug it and pin a Paper clib into the plug.. after that your Fan should run CONSTANT when key is on.

Follow your Radiator hose.. you will see the HOUSING were your thermostat sits in.. there is a PLUG on it and a ground.. UNPLUG it.. then put a pin into the clip..

whats the problem then??? if you want to see if the fan works then start the engine and wait and see if it kicks on after awhile or drive the piss out of it then leave it running til you hear it kick on......if the car isn't overheating i don't see the big deal...

The Fan is probly kicking ON.. while your driving your NOT gonna notice it on.. haha.. but anyways.. check or do what i told you.. if that doesnt work than u Do have a problem

The Fan is probly kicking ON.. while your driving your NOT gonna notice it on.. haha.. but anyways.. check or do what i told you.. if that doesnt work than u Do have a problem

I explained to you were its at..

unplug your fan from the wireing harness on your car and then the plug thats left on the fan run a +and - from the plug to you batery if it comes on then is most likely relay,fuse,or cut wire some where i had the same problem i just stright wired mine hope this helps

lol at this thread my fan isnt working but my car isnt over heating and i really dont know if its working or not. hell im sry but u need the car to go to a shop i just dont have any faith in this situation ending well.
