A buddy of mine just totally rebuilt this house. By rebuilding I mean, new carpet, new paint, new counter tops, new pool (inground), new deck, new gutters, etc.
The home is a 4br/3ba house. It is in L'ville, right off Sugarloaf. It is in a cul-de-sac in an older neighborhood. List price is $169,900. I will be happy to help anyone that is interested at all. Contact me ASAP if you're interested.

Call me and I'll try and see what they'll do. I doubt they'll go that low because of appraised value and the money spent to get it all done. But the offer is good enough, it may work.
Contact me.

None that he's been told nor seen. I've been to the house when they were working on it and the downstairs was redone. I personally didn't see any, but then again I didn't spend weeks there either. The original work of the conversion was done before he bought the house. The walls didn't show signs of fungi or mold, so that's another sign that moisture is not getting in.
Again, all that can be 100% discovered by a home inspector and can be put into the contract as such a contingency.

Nice looking house, would be better if they left the garage there though.

Im sorry for the question, but is the property listed through a real state agen/ company or is it a by owner. If you need help listing your property please let me know, i work for keller williams and i honestly think the house would sell alot faster if an agent can help you. By listing the property with first MLS you would attract more agents to show it to their buyers. anyways, i dont know what kind of equity you have, but if you are willing to contact an agent i can help you.
Good LUck selling your home,
Lucas

One of the owners is a RE agent for Remax and my friend is also my business partner in our Mortgage Company. So in essence they have an agent on the deal... :D
I was just trying to help them out to move it because my partner asked me to.
But since you've brought it up.....I'd be happy to help YOU in anything YOU need where it comes to mortgages. My banner, although Paul misspelled my name  , flashes across the top of IA all day. I also have a direct link to my website on my sig. Feel free to contact me anytime I could help you. :goodjob:
