I just came back from seeing the 3D movie Avatar.
I can see why they say this movie was one of the most expensive movies to make. I believe it cost around 1 billion or so. If your 18+ and you would like to Go to Atlantic Station you should. Its very relaxing, and a really calm place for adults.

If this is the place near the Atl. Airport I have been there. Wasnt a bad place... I went there for a car show and they gave me 100 bucks cuz the owner wanted to sponsor my car w/ his club lol. We never went all the way thru w/ it cuz I guess he changed his mind since the show wasnt doing all that great so I got a free 100 bucks just by showing lol.

Exactly. It was at it's peak about a year after it was constructed. From then on, straight downhill because they kept adding on to it. Later, QD.

If you wanna feel the whole "grown and sexy" crowd then head over to AMC Fork and Screen in buckhead. Less flashy but the theater is WELL WORTH THE PRICE. Plus you deal with a mixed crowd and its got the lounge feel to it. Just my :2cents:

Thats wats up. Ima have to give that place ah try also. Im bascially just looking for places to hang out that are in doors because cold weather. I heard ppl talking about Atlantic Station, so I decided to give it a try. It wasn't that bad to me. I guess next weekend or so I will try AMC fork...Or a resturant in buckhead to get away from the weekend meets.

Just to do something different...Like I said before, Im tired of doing the same thing. If any body have any other places they would like to throw out there post them.

Good place to take a date IMO.

Different resturants to try and catch a movie...not too expensive...but not that cheap all at the same time.

Personally I like Atlantic Grill...great fuckin' Burgers.

Are you sure?? Atlantic Station hasn't allowed motorcycles since about 6 months after it opened. You cannot take a motorcycle in Atlantic Station.

There's a restaurant with private curtained sections that you can have one on one dinner with your date, cozy and sets the mood. I am trying to remember the place of the restaurant...can't remember...just go bar hoppin, you'll end up there lol.

Our movie wasn't gone start until 12:50-1:00am and we where just gonna hand out side for a lil while. Man I leaned on one of the poles, and the security told me we had to go inside a bar or just walk around because they don't allow LOITERING any more.

EDIT: As other people said it is just over crowded. In the summer it get 10x worse. The line for most of the restaurants is out the door. I haven't been recently but that is what it use to be like.

I'm not sure what times/places everyone goes to AS, but this talk of ghetto fab/thug is not what I see. Maybe if you count the teen crowd that goes to the movie theater, but not at all in the restaurants or even the courtyard area.

I frequent The Grape, Cheesecake Bistro, Geisha House, and Dolce.
