Just got back from seeing it, :eek:AWESOME movie IMO, i like to support movies filmed around here, but very cool movie regardless. You go into it knowing "Soemthing" is going to fuck people up and how things go and it had some good twists and a semi decent amount of mild gore. some creepy parts and of course the jump out your seat moments, overall worth the watch 100%.

Hey, I really like I Am Legend. The Crazies was good, but I was just saying the concept is similar in a lot of movies. I think another one is 30 Days of Night or something like that. They are all about nasty looking people who attack the normal ones to try and infect them.

This movie while not horrible, wasn't good. It was very repetetive and predictable. As in we knew something was going to jump out or whatever before it happened. I also found it slightly boring, but I am more critical of movies than mot ppl are so....

As I sit here looking through every "scary" movie ever made I am trying to find one where you don't know when something jumps out. :ninja: You could tell during I Am Legend as well. Its either hinted by creepy music or low light.




On another note I found the movie to be very interesting. It shows another side to the "zombie" story. These people were completely mobile and functioning. The had a sense of humanity. They are no more of a zombie than John from the Saw movies. They seem to be only a little crazy. As opposed to many other movies of this genre it shows a link between all characters, making the situation more difficult. While this movie does not make my Top 10 list I certainly rate it a 7 out of 10, especially for an off season movie.

That movie had the potential to be great if they would have just stuck to the book. As it turned out, it blows ass because the ended of the book explained the title of the movie.

Whoever greenlighted that movie in it's final state needs to be punched in the face.

LOL i am white, and I wouldnt really say it loud in a movie probably just whisper real low to the friends im with. Though if we were at a friends house drinking some brew watching it I WOULD SHOUT THAT SH!T OUT AND MAKE THE DOG BARK LOL.
