Hey Remember that "gift of equity" on my mom's house i bought back in '05 when I was 22. Well I'm being sued for it although i never cashed out. She filled BK back in '08. Thought it was BS BUT after spending 2-3 hours per day speaking with attorneys last week - Yes "they" can.

Long story but I know your legal struggles man, cheapest lawyer I could find is $2500 and they are hoping to settlement which mean 2500 + settlement. LOL at working hard for everything I own.... try to do everything Right and you can still get Wronged in this world we live in.

Thank God I have my values in the right place because if I didn't i'd be sitting on a roof top across from a law firm with a rifle.

Oh and p.s as you know I'm self employed and sell anything of profit...I sold some p90x workout vids LEGIT aka OFFICIAL products on ebay.... I'm being sued by them too LOL at this 1 - 2 punch I got over the past month.


Pretty much 80% of ebay user that sold anything p90x related is being sued for like $893

As stated, i've spoken to so many attorneys about this -I've EDUCATED SEASONED BK ATTORNEYS ON THIS MATTER.

most people have NOT heard of this, it's basically a loophole that enables Trustees to recover $$ for their clients anytime a house is sold to a family member.

Put it this way, when I answered the "who's suing" question, Every Attorney had the same response..and it was..lets just say..not good.

Some attorneys knew others by name while others didn't know of some BUT EVERYONE KNOWS THE GUY THAT'S COMING AFTER ME and he's the most infamous out there.

As we know, the HUD is public record...they sent me a copy of that too :lmfao: i swear man, I can laugh now but that first week I was ready to do something really bad to someone's life.
