The websites are usually the best places. Later, QD.

Online newegg.com seems to have some deals. I was at Frys and they had good pricing on the phone i bought at ATT store.

just remember if something goes wrong with the phone you have to go back to whoever you bought it from. I think you should stick with att store and get it with a contract if you can. The etf is only 175 and goes down 5 every month you go into the contract which will come out cheaper than buying a phone with no commitment

That's exactly why I said to do the particular phone company's website. Later, QD.

The main benefit of buying without a contract is that the phone is unlocked, so travel is a breeze when changing chips, no need to call and 'beg' ATT for the unlock code. Also, a no contract phone will not have all the stupid and useless ATT crap app on your phone. I hate it that for example, on my Sony Ericsson, one of the buttons is a one-press way to go online to MediaNet, and it is 'conveniently' located in such a way that it is very prone to 'accidental' presses, so each accidental press ends up costing me 0.02 cents or something...

lol, I dont know where you got this idea from? I work for one of the largest cell phone carriers, buying a phone with no contract gets you the same exact phone as someone that is signing a contract...without a subsidy
