STOLEN - 99 CIVIC Si, Discover Mills Mall

a friend of mine just had his 99 civic si with primered body, and rusted hood stolen from the discover mills mall, around 3:30pm today. Mall security caught it on camera and they said its a red lifted Jeep Cherokee, and a red 96 - 98 Honda Civic Hatch with black rims and was slammed. whoever the theives are, also tried getting into my car as well, as there is some damage around the driver's side door near the handle. Police report has been filed, but would like to have all you people on Importatlanta keep a lookout for the stolen car, or the people who stole the car.

I know tht there is probably a very low chance of getting this car back in one piece, but getting the word out is the best we can do right now. My friend had everything he owned in the car as well, including titles and other documentation as he was in transition moving into a recently purchased house.

But that car needed help from the begginning hope you had full covarge because if you do they will give you way more as the car was a EM1...Just when you see the car tell them the car was blue not primer that the person stolen it must have painted it...and took everything off...You will be in the gold!!!

yeah, x2, someone else also TRIED getting into my car as well today... I know because my drivers side door is somewhat damaged, like someone stuck something in there trying to reach my door latch.. I was parked on the other side of the mall. and we already did look into the security cameras, they won't really tell us too much other than the obvious... guys came, inspected, left, came back, swooped in and left. I'm sure they have more details they're probably not telling us.

but ill be back again, with something better...and an alarm system within the 1st 24hrs of ownership!!! just give me time....haa

yea with some TLC the car could have easily came back to life. with a little engine detail and a tune up it probably would have been good to go. and yea i guess it was a fair trade.

Next thing you know, i suddenly had 2 brand new tires. and that good thing would've never happened had i not first gone through the bad thing. So keep hope alive yo. :cheers:
