well im 20 years old and im thinking about investing money into land. well i started looking and i found 40 acres out in newyork and i also found 90 acres out in arzona. they both look like good buys with property on the outskirts becomming popularized (i dont know if thats a word... sorry). but i was wondering what yall thought about investing in land. is it good or what. i want to have myself about 20 acres to put a small lake on it and have it as a retirement home for when i get older but as for making money... is there money in that. i know about 40 years ago you could buy land for so much cheaper?
